Sales Letter Fix

If your sales letters aren’t pulling in responses, maybe you need to get personal. Your sales letter should be filled with personalization. Use the customer’s name at the beginning of the letter and throughout the rest of the copy. Depending on the tone you want to convey, you might use a formal name, such as Ms. Jones, in the letter. For a more casual and personal tone, use the customer’s first name.
