Online Resource For Women

The National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) has launched a new Web site for entrepreneurial women. The NASE Women’s Action Center, http://women.nase.org, is packed with original resource articles about accounting and finance, profiles of women who run their own small businesses, and advice from small-business consultants. Each month the site’s theme will focus on a specific issue important to women business owners, such as balancing work and life, business expansion and continuing education. All of the content is free.

Spam Test

Spam filters could be blocking legitimate e-mail newsletters and promotions your small business sends to customers. To find out for sure, try the free tool at SpamCheck, http://spamcheck.sitesell.com. Simply submit a test copy of your e-mail to SpamCheck. They’ll give you a spam score and offer suggestions for ways you can decrease the odds of your e-mail being filtered.
