The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is now offering additional business resources to its Spanish-speaking customers. The agency has published four new brochures in Spanish:

  • Information for the Small-Business Owner

  • How To Start Your Own Business

  • How To Finance A Small Business

  • Assistance for Small Businesses at Women’s Business Centers

On Hold

Listen carefully to the music your business plays when it puts telephone callers on hold. You might love Mozart. But, if you sell to teenagers, on-hold classical music is probably not a good choice. Or maybe you think the latest hip-hop hit is a good choice. Probably not if you’re selling to seniors who relate more to the Big Band sound. Match your on-hold music to your market and you’ll impress more customers
