The Women’s Room

Working moms have an ally when it comes to balancing self-employment and their families. Carpool Capitalists, www.carpoolcapitalists.com, is a combination Web site and online magazine that offers tips for women who have chosen to become home-based entrepreneurs. The resource was developed by three working moms (a jewelry designer, an opera singer and a military historian) who write on the Web site, “We’ve learned a lot about home-based businesses and want to help you live life the way you want. We’ve designed Carpool Capitalists to help you do just that.”
