How To Fire An Employee
By Sally Bell

It’s unpleasant but inevitable if you are in business long enough: sooner or later, you will have to fire an employee.

Maybe she’s always late. Perhaps he tries yet just can’t do the work. Could be she ignores customers. You’ve had enough, and you just want the lousy so-and-so out the door.

But wait. Although your business is small, you literally can’t afford to ignore the niceties of firing that large companies routinely follow. A wrongly fired employee can sink your business with a successful lawsuit.

For this reason, you need to be even more careful than your large competitors when you terminate an employee, even though you don’t have their resources.

In this seminar, we’ll show you how to fire an employee while protecting your small business from a lawsuit – with the least pain both for you and the discharged employee.
