Know-how you need to succeed

Be Safe

You know the importance of storing business documents in a fire-proof safe. But is your safe large enough or strong enough? Before you purchase a safe, consider these issues:

  • If you plan to store data media (like flash drives or CD-ROMs), get a safe that will protect the media from melting during a fire.
  • Determine how many documents you need to store and make sure the internal measurements of the safe can accommodate those documents.
  • Look at the size of your documents. Are they legal-size? Buy a safe big enough to house those documents.

On Schedule

Want to boost the readership of your small-business e-newsletter? Publish it on time. Determine what day of the week and at what time of day you’ll send out your e-newsletter. Then stick to the schedule. Loyal readers will come to expect your communication and will look for it in their inboxes. By publishing on time, you’ll boost readership and show customers that you can deliver what you promise.
