Nifty ideas you can use to build a better business

Sponsor An E-Newsletter

If you don’t want the hassle of publishing your own e-newsletter, sponsor one instead. Ask your customers, suppliers and colleagues which e-newsletters they regularly read. As you research the publications, look for high-quality content that will help build the reputation of your business. Also look for delivery lists that reach your target market. Ask about the open rate of the newsletter—the more the better. Compare costs of sponsorships, keeping in mind that business-to-business publications generally charge more than consumer newsletters. Finally, define the expectations you’ll use to measure your sponsorship success. Then start converting those clicks into clients.

Benefits Of Bundling

Tempt customers into buying more of your products or services by offering special packages. Simply bundle several of your products or services into a single package. Price the package lower than the total cost if customers purchased the items individually. Then market the special package for a limited time. Customers like bundled deals because they perceive the offers as bargains. The package also increases the dollar amount of your average sale—which adds profit to your business.
