Before you decide to change your advertising or promotion campaign, you’d better have a good reason. Don’t make a change because you’re bored or because you want a new logo or because you just think it’s time. Only make a change when your results diminish. If your marketing consistently delivers the results you want, then stick with it. If you want to launch a new promotion or ad, don’t abandon your current one before you fully test and track the results of the new campaign.

Want a quick way to enhance the value of your Web site? Date all of your content. Web visitors are annoyed at finding out-of-date material on Web sites. They’re irritated when they read through an article only to find that it was written and posted in 1999. So give them a heads up. Put a date at the top of each content page.
