Want to know what federal officials are doing to help (or hinder) women business owners? Check out Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), www.wipp.org. WIPP is a national bi-partisan organization that represents more than 500,000 women in business and women business owners. Based in Oklahoma City, WIPP keeps tabs on legislative issues that are important to members, such as access to capital and government contracting. You have to ante up a few bucks to join WIPP.
